I was very excited and eagerly waiting to get by Iso8, but once i received that on hand, it didn't work like Duet. Currently i have both regular and Duet as well. i was expecting ISO 8 would be very good for my use case with 2 assignable out and SDI/HDMI input with ISO recording. but thing are not working as expected. as instructed, I did upgrade the device as soon as i received it. i could not play video loop using sd card where i always use loop on duet. and it works flawlessly I could not record on SSD external drive either. Also the mneu has changed, which i can undertsand and needs learing.
I really want to return my device, can you please let me return my device? or get my device working so i can use it reliabley. currently its just sitting in my garage. $799 plus tax is wasted. I was really hoping to buy a 2nd one once i use this one.
I love my Duet BTW as well as 1st one.
