Performing a Stinger Transition

1.Press the STING button on the control panel.

2.The STING button will remain lit, indicating that Player 1 has entered Stinger mode.

3.In SRC LIST, select the transition video you want to use.

4.Press AUTO to start the Stinger transition.

Notes

1.The Stinger transition uses the built-in media player of the switcher. Therefore, it occupies Player 1 while Stinger mode is active.

2.During this period, Player 1 cannot be used as a normal media player.

3.Stinger transitions can only be triggered by AUTO.

4.When STING is enabled:

  • The T-Bar cannot be used for the Stinger transition.
  • CUT will still perform a hard cut.

5.Do not change any Player 1 parameters in the menu while using Stinger mode. Changing Player 1 settings may prevent the Stinger transition from being performed correctly.

6.Wait until the Stinger video has finished playing before starting another transition. Do not trigger Stinger transitions repeatedly in quick succession, as this may cause switching errors or unexpected transition behavior.
