Note: If the PTZ camera cannot be connected, confirm that the camera control protocol is set to VISCA over IP. If the connection still fails, contact Osee Support: support@osee-dig.com
Connecting a PTZ Camera
1.Connect the GoStream switcher and the PTZ camera to the same network.

2.On the GoStream switcher, go to:
Menu > PTZ Connection
Select a camera position to configure, such as Cam 1.

3.Select Cam List. Wait a few seconds for the list to refresh. Available PTZ cameras on the network will be displayed. Select the PTZ camera that you want to connect.

4.After the camera is selected, the Cam IP Address and Port will display the information of the connected camera. This indicates that the camera has been assigned to the Cam 1 position.

Camera Connection Capacity
- The GoStream Omni 12 ISO can connect and control up to 7 PTZ cameras at the same time.
- Cam 1 to Cam 7 are used for PTZ camera control.
- Cam 8, Cam 9, and Cam 10 are used for HDMI Scaling control.
Selecting a PTZ Camera from the Control Panel
1.In the Macro area, press the Cam Select button.
2.Press number buttons 1 to 7 to select the PTZ camera to be controlled.
- Num 1 corresponds to Cam 1. Num 2 corresponds to Cam 2. The remaining buttons follow the same order.
3.If no camera is selected, all number buttons remain off.

4.For example, if Cam 1 has already been connected in the menu, press Num 1 to select Cam 1.
5.After Num 1 is pressed, the button will remain lit, indicating that Cam 1 is selected.

Configuring and Recalling Presets
1.After selecting a PTZ camera, press the Cam Preset button. The preset configuration and recall interface will open.
2.If this is the first time using presets, all number buttons on the left side will be off.

3.Select any number button, such as Num 4. Press and hold the selected number button for 2 seconds. Release the button after it turns red.

4.The PTZ camera can now be controlled using the joystick at the lower-right corner of the control panel and the T and W buttons.
5.After the camera position is adjusted, press the same number button again. The button will turn green, indicating that the preset has been saved and is currently being applied.

6.Repeat the steps above to save presets to other number buttons. And the number buttons indicate preset status as follows:
- Off: No preset is stored.
- White: A preset is stored.
- Green: A preset is stored and currently applied.
