I've been using the GoStream deck for a year and a half and unfortunately I'm disappointed with the support.
In all these months, I've made several bug reports and several feature requests that would primarily serve usability, which have somehow come to nothing.
First of all: The switcher works very well with the absolute basic functions. However, I often have dropouts when the thing is running for more than 4 hours. Then it is no longer recognized as a camera by the computer and you can only continue working after a complete restart.
Unfortunately, the biggest drawback is usability.
The menu is a fifth (or even less) of the preview screen and far too small for a field monitor. A lot of things seem immature or remain with unnecessary and impractical settings.
The chroma keyer has glaring weaknesses - despite a professionally and evenly lit green screen, it doesn't work for me at all.
You can't change the position of the PIP window or the center of the image when zooming.
You can totally forget about the Superscreen. Anyone who really needs these presets has no idea about image composition. You still can't change the X position, i.e. the ratio of input 1 to input 2. With the 1:2 crop, you also can't set WHERE the image section is cropped.
For me, after 1.5 years of frustration, I'm so not want to use it anymore. I would have rather invested into a more professional switcher in the first place. Now, I have to wait, until my employer is updating to another device soon.
