NDI HX3 license arrived as an email attachment within 24 hours of purchase. Set up/installation was a breeze. Up and running in a few minutes.
Great for adding a mobile phone as an extra camera source. (Android phone in my case)
I purchased the license and added the serial number. They tell me the number is incorrect. I've sent emails to NDI support and haven't received a response either. I've been working with NDI products for years and have never had a problem like this. I hope it can be resolved, as I've seen several comments with the same issues.

I probably should have reviewed this before purchasing, but people should know that this license only allows you to receive an NDI|HX (not any type of NDI) and does not allow for you to use one of the streams to stream to NDI (which I was really hoping for). Also, after purchasing, it's really difficult to find the invoice for the purchase, you can only find the status of your purchase on their website, but I couldn't find anywhere to download the invoice. So it was nothing amazing, nothing really bad, that's why 3 stars.
I purchased a License 5 days ago, till now Customer Support has failed to address my issue promptly!

Receive NDI|HX video on your network with GoStream Deck
GoStream Deck can function as an NDI receiver, taking in NDI|HX video source as an aux input. Then this input can be used like any other HDMI input on GoStream Deck. Eliminate the need of an additional expensive NDI decoder.
-Connect a PTZ Camera. You can take an NDI HX PTZ camera signal into GoStream Deck without additional NDI decoder.
-Bring in a remote guest. Whether it’s on the other side of the building or a even more remote location, as long as it’s under the same LAN, you can bring an NDI HX source into GoStream Deck.
-Presentation. If your production uses presentation, this can easily be added to the LAN using NDI Screen Capture app. Then the presentation computer becomes another NDI HX input that you can use with GoStream Deck.
-Wireless phone camera. You can use NDI HX Camera app to turn your iOS or Anroid phone into an IP ready live video source and feed it to GoStream Deck.
-Accept NDI|HX, H.264 codec, 480p/720p/1080p resolution, 25/29.97/30/50/59.94/60 frame rate.
